Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Jim Thomas at 9:00 AM.

Establish Quorum of Directors:
Jim Thomas, Mary Touris, Mary Hoehn, Roseann Simcox were present in order to establish a quorum. Jim Pritsch was not able to attend. Kathy Watts, management was not able to attend.

Unfinished Business:
Pond Wall
Motion: Mary Hoehn made a motion to accept the bid submitted by Loeza Lawn Services for pond wall repairs in the amount of $7,500 with a not to exceed cost of $10,000. Mary Touris seconded the motion and the motion was passed by unanimous voice vote.

Perrone – Ricard Easements Roseann Simcox made a motion to instruct attorney John Soileau to make a counter offer to Perrone’s last offer to IV repeating the offer last presented; modifying it with the language that if the offer is not accepted within the time period stated, that no agreement is reachable, and negotiations are concluded. Mary Hoehn seconded the motion and the motion was passed by unanimous voice vote.

Soffit Repairs – Lightholder, Inc
Mary Hoehn made a motion to authorize additional soffit repairs for Building E in the amount of $2,643 with a not to exceed cost of $3,000. Mary Touris seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
