Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by President Jerry Britton at 6:00p.m.

Establishment of Quorum:
Board members present were Gerald Britton, Don Drake and Jason Andersen Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

Approval of Minutes from July 27, 2020 Board Meeting:
Don Drake made a motion to approve the July 27, 2020 Budget Meeting minutes. Jason Andersen seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Treasurers Report:
Manager Kathy Watts reported that all bills are paid and the Reserves are being funded on time. Owners that are past due have received statements and 7 Day Demand notices. Five (5) will be sent to the attorney for collection.

Old Business:
The Condominium Revision vote: Kathy Watts reminded those present that the packet will be mailed out early November and the results announced at the annual meeting. The individual items to be vote on were again discussed.

New Business:
Approve 2021 Budget: Monthly assessments will be increased to $200 per month for the Association fee. Those that use BillPay are requested to update their auto pay for January 1, 2021. Those owners present asked questions and were satisfied with the answers regarding the increase. Done Drake made a motion to approve the 2021 Budget management presented. Jason Andersen seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Next Board Meeting:
-The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 14, 2020 at 6:00pm in the on-site office.
-The annual meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 8, 2021 at 6:00pm at the Titusville, Library. First notices will be mailed by December 1, 2020.

Adjournment:
With no further business to discuss, Don Drake made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:45p.m. Jason Andersen seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
