Call to Order:
Management called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

Establishment of Quorum:
Board members present were Jason Andersen, Marlene Blankenship, Don Drake, Kim Lucks and Jordan Zueger. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

Approval of Minutes from November 11, 2021:
Jason Andersen made a motion to approve the November 11, 2021 Board Meeting minutes. Don Drake seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Elections of Officers:

Jason Andersen made a motion for the 2021 Board positions to continue for 2022. Marlene Blankenship seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote. Directors will be:

Vice President: Jason Andersen
Secretary: Don Drake
Treasurer: Kim Lucks
Directors: Marlene Blankenship

With no further business to discuss, Jordan Zueger made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:45p.m. Don Drake seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
