CALL TO ORDER:  The meeting was called to order by Rob Ellison at 1:00 pm.

VERIFY QUORUM: Rob Ellison, William Morrison, Diane Janowsky and Eugene Ruberte.   Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

Bill Morrison made a motion to accept the minutes from the March 22, 2016 Organizational Meeting as presented.  Diane Janowsky seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote. 


Garage Sale:  The community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 22nd between 8am and 1pm.  The traffic flow start at Cape Palos than around to Maderia Circle this year.  Kathy will add the date to the website. Eugene will put up the signs.

Tree Trimming:  Rob offered to call the previous tree trimmer to schedule the trimming of the palms and oak trees along Stewart.  They will also be requested to remove 2 or 3 diseased Washingtonia Palms.


Roofing:  Bill Morrison brought up the issue of allowing metal and tile roofing.  Rob felt the issue needed to be research and colors would need to be determined.  The issue will be discussed further at the November 22nd meeting.

Approval to Mail out the 2017 Proposed Budget:   Eugene Ruberte made a motion authorization Management to mail the 2017 Proposed Budget to all owners with a copy of the agenda for the Budget Meeting.  Bill Morrison seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote. 

Kathy stated a newsletter and notice of the garage sale will also be added to the mailing.

NEXT MEETING:  The next Board Meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2016 at 1:00pm at the EauGallie Library.     

ADJOURNMENT:  With no further business to discuss, Diane Janowsky made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:40pm.  Eugene Ruberte seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
