Signs:  Kathy Watts will contact the sign vendor to have the signs labeled front and back and also see what kind of frame she can buy.

Homeowner Community Upkeep:  Several dwellings were cited as having trees in their gutters with a concern that water buildup can rot a roof.  A sign has been left in a homeowner’s yard by a contractor and should be removed. For a large amount of organic debris, Waste Management must be called to make a special trip to pick it up.

Concern was voiced about the new fungus that has been killing the palm trees and the process to remove, destroy, and make sure no vestige of the fungus remains. It was noted that when there is a violation on a property that has a renter, that both the owner and the renter are responsible and both should be notified.  Kathy Watts will begin her monthly ride-through to note violations next week.

Adjournment:  The meeting was adjourned at 7:30, seconded and approved.
Respectfully submitted, Diane Janowsky, Secretary
