CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Rob Ellison at 1:00pm.

VERIFY QUORUM: Rob Ellison and Eugene Ruberte were in attendance. William Morrison was not able to attend. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Eugene Ruberte made a motion to accept the minutes from the October 29, 2019 Budget Meeting as presented. Rob Ellison seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

NOMINATION/ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Rob Ellison made a motion for the 2020 positions to stay the same as 2019. Eugene Ruberte seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimous voice vote.

Bill Morrison tendered his resignation due to health issues. The Board and owners thank Bill for his many years of service to the community.

Garage Sale: The community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2010 between 8am and 1pm.

NEXT MEETING: The next Board Meeting is scheduled at a later time.
