DESOTO ASSOCIATION CONDOMINIUM 

BOARD MEETING MINUTES
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2015
 

CALL TO ORDER:  The meeting was called to order by Jill Vogel at 6:00 pm.

VERIFY QUORUM:  Jill Vogel, Vincent Santino, Pat Baldwin, Karen D’Amato, and Toni McCollom.  Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  
Vince Santino made a motion to accept the minutes from the January 27, 2015 Board Meeting as presented.  Pat Baldwin seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote. 

NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion on options for perimeter wood fence:  Jill stated she had contacted code enforcement for Satellite Beach and the association does not have to replace the fence.  It was decided that the Board would collect more bids and decide on a fence company and whether to remove the fence ourselves or have the fence company do it.  It was also decided to draft a letter, have the attorney review it and mail to the properties bordering the fence and inform them of the fence removal and that if they wish pay an amount to be determined later, that the association would also contribute to the project.

Weed & Feed:  Toni McCollom made a motion to approve the application of weed & feed in the spring from Pearce Pest Control at a cost of $180.  Karen D’Amato seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

NEXT MEETING:  The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2015 at 5:30pm. 

ADJOURNMENT:  With no further business to discuss, Karen D’Amato made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:40pm.  Pat Baldwin seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
