CALL TO ORDER:  The meeting was called to order by Tony Armes at 6:00pm.

VERIFY QUORUM:  President-Tony Armes, Secretary-Toni McCollom, Treasurer-Jill Vogel and Director-Josh Aikens.  Director Darrell Davis was not able to attend.  Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  
Toni McCollom made a motion to accept the minutes from the March 21, 2016 Board Meeting as presented.  Jill Vogel seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote. 

NEW BUSINESS:
Insurance – Barry Ranew:  Barry was present to explain the changes in the policy and to have Tony, as President, sign the renewal paperwork.  Unfortunately the annual premium will increase $88 per month but Ranew Insurance company queried approximately 15 other companies for the best rate and this is the best value we can obtain.

PROJECTS:  (in order of importance)
1) North & East pool fence
2) Seal asphalt
 

NEXT MEETING:  The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2016 at 6:00pm. 

ADJOURNMENT:  With no further business to discuss, Toni McCollom made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:00pm.  Josh Aikens seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
