Minutes

Meeting was called to order by Mr. Jill Vogel, Pres. at 6:00p.m. BOD members present included Ms. Vogel, Mr. Tony Arms, Ms. Carol Kuepers, Ms. Martha Filliben, and Ms. Karen D’Amato. Quorum was established and the meeting was posted properly.

Unfinished Business

Garage doors are complete.

New Business

Electical Box – on the north end of the eastside garage an electrical box needs replacement. Powerhouse Electric provided a proposal to complete for $500. Ms. Vogel to call them and get this done.

R & R – a copy to be sent to all owners for review. Many of these are being ignored by the owners and they need reminding to please follow these for the good of the community.

Tiling of balconies - #18 and #10 have tiled their balconies which is against the governing documents. Letter to be sent to both owners giving them the option of removing the tile or enclosing the balcony area or could be turned over to legal for solution.

Future projects:

Sealing of asphalt

Painting of Building – DPM to acquire a proposal from Anchor Painting to paint the complex.

Renting – Unit #4 is ignoring the rental restrictions. Letter to sent to them concerning the rules as stated in the governing documents.
