Board Meeting, June 19, 2017, 6:00p.m.

Laundry Room

Meeting was called to order by Ms. Jill Vogel, Pres. at 6:05p.m. Board members present included Ms. Vogel, Ms. Martha Filliben, Ms. Karen D’amato and Mr. Tony Armes via telephone.

Quorum was established and the meeting was posted properly.

Minutes of May 1, 2017 were read by Ms. Phillips of DPM. Motion by Ms. D’amato, 2nd by Mr. Armes to approve these minutes. Motion passed.

Old Business

Balcony tiling - #10 has agreed to remove his tiling. #18 has not responded. Demand letter to be sent to #18.

Rental- #4. He should not be renting. Letter to be sent to him.

#14 front door step – handyman is working with the owner to get this job complete.

Leaking garage roofs - #1/2, #5/6 – stucco repair man is investigating.

New Business

A lengthy discussion on the needed painting and resealing project. Looks like the special assessment will be on the order of approx. $2200. Time frame is to pass the assessment around Jan 1, 2018, due no later than March 31, 2018. Letter to be sent out to all owners advising them of this so they have time to meet their financial obligations.
