1. President Jill Vogel called the meeting to order at 6:15
A quorum was verified. Attending:
- Jill Vogel, President
- Tony Armes, Secretary
- Carol Kueppers, Treasurer
- Karen D’Amato, Director
- Martha Filiben, Director
Owners present:
- Patti Santino, Unit #15
- Vince Santino, Unit #15
- Reva Newhouse, Unit #17
2. Old Business:
- December 4, 2017 Meeting Minutes were approved unanimously
3. New Business:
- The color palate for painting Desoto Condominiums was determined
- 16 owners voted for Choice “A”; 1 voted for Choice “B”
- Selection “A” colors:
Bittersweet Stem (exterior color on all buildings and garages)
Desoto Brown Custom color (railings, front & back garage doors, and windows– this color formula is on file at Sherman Williams
Navajo White (trim board around windows)
Grand Canal (front doors)
Bombay (porch floors, walkways)
· - Light fixtures to be purchased – 16 garage exteriors and 4 security
4. Next Meeting
- January 22, 2018 @ 6:00 pm
- Annual meeting followed by Organizational meeting
5. The meeting adjourned at 6:32 pm by unanimous vote.
