MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:15pm by President Toni McCollom.

NOTICE OF MEETING: The meeting was properly noticed in the laundry room and mailed to all owners.

DIRECTORS PRESENT: Present were: Toni McCollom-President Vince Santino-Vice President, Jill Vogel-Treasurer, Patrecia Baldwin-Secretary and Karen D’Amato-Director. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

CERTIFICATION OF PROXIES & ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM OF MEMBERS FOR ANNUAL MEETING: There are 15 owners present in person and/or by proxy establishing a quorum of owners to hold the Annual Meeting.

APPROVAL OF 2014 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES: Jill Vogel made a motion to approve the Annual Meeting Minutes dated January 27, 2014. Vince Santino seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

Kathy Watts asked for a volunteer to assist in tabulating ballots for the election of board members. Since no one present was eligible to assist in the counting, Management counted the vote then made the offer for anyone to recount if they wished.

OPEN FORUM-COMMENTS AND DISCUSSION BY HOMEOWNERS:

ADJOURNMENT: The Organization Meeting will commence immediately following this Annual Meeting. Annual Meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
